I haven’t blogged in a while and I do apologize for that. To be honest in this lockdown time I wandered a bit and I’m sure I’m not the only one. Getting distracted is the worst thing that can happen to think about it we actually had more time to spend with God in this time but we didn’t. I’m really guilty because of it because it took me two months to blog again using excuses and being lazy and its one of the things God hates is laziness.

Whenever we fall back and loose sight we must always fall back on the promises God has for us and just like the lost son you will find your way back home so here are a few promises :

Promise 1- God loves you unconditionally.

Promise 2 – You are never alone.

Promise 3 – You are redeemed and have an eternal home in Heaven.

Promise 4 – God formed you with Intention and knows you intimately.

Promise 5 – You Have Special Strength Available to You through Faith: the Power of Christ

Promise 6 – Hope Is Always Alive in Your Life through Faith

There are so many more I chose these 6 because it spoke to me.

We live in a sinful world that is fraught with conditional promises and relationships. Even those who are closest to us let us down. Our greatest need is to be loved. Further, we want to be supported and inspired by that love to not only become better people, but to also leave lasting impressions on this earth.

God provides us with that as no one else can. We have a hole in our hearts only God can fill. And the love we were made to need is strong and unshakable. The Apostle Paul, who founded the early church, writes, “For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Jesus Christ our Lord” (Romans 8:38-39). That love claims you by faith. Wherever you are feeling unloved today, let this sink in.

Whenever you fall at times know that nothing can separate you from the love of Jesus Christ He came so that you can life and have life more abundantly , abundance doesn’t mean being rich and healthy it refers to life in its abounding fullness of joy and strength for spirit, soul and body. Being a Christian wont make your problems go away but you will have peace in your problems because Jesus is always with you.

Jesus paid the price for you to have eternal life. Stand firm in faith and know who you are because once you accept Jesus Christ your identity is in Him and not in the world. True repentance is turning away from sin and seeking God above everything else.

If you believe that Jesus is the living Son of God and that He died for our sins and that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved. Your salvation comes from believing in Jesus.

“I have told you all this so that you may have peace in me. Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart, because I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). At what point did Christians start believing that if they follow Christ, everything will go smoothly in their life? This certainly didn’t come from the early church. Those who followed Jesus suffered great persecution; why should we be exempt” Romans 8:17 reminds us: “And since we are His children, we are His heirs. In fact, together with Christ we are heirs of God’s glory. But if we are to share His glory, we must also share His suffering

Satan LOVES to try and destroy your faith. Want to send Satan packing? Then follow James 4:7: “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. If you’re faltering in your faith, it’s likely that you you’re trying to fight Satan without being fully submitted to God.”

Know who you are in Jesus so that you can stand firm in your faith.Have a blessed day and Know that Jesus Loves you.
